Vacation spots?

Hello,I'm a little unsure if this is the right place to post this but I wanted to ask some your opinions from some like-minded people.I'm thinking about taking a vacation some time in the near future. I have no particular place in mind as of now. I'm also not sure if I'll go by myself or with other people. Been searching up places but I don't know how expensive and worth it they could be. Especially if money/social anxiety limits the amount I can do.I just want to be able to relax, walk around safely, and see a few sights. Maybe for about a week or two. I have a budget of about $2000 maybe 3 max not including flight. I'll probably be using some savings I shouldn't be but I just feel like going somewhere new. I'm from Ontario, Canada. And I'm ok with places in Canada just not in the same province.Are there any places you guys would suggest and have experienced? I would love to hear about them all.I've travelled before. Been to a few places within South Korea, and Italy. Athens, Dublin, and a few cities in the States that I'm able to bus to from Ontario.
