Gay Dating Help Please? I'm new at this!

Newly gay male interested in a very gay male. I have always dated women but within the last year or so I've come to the realization that I'm gay. Professional, athletic, GL male I just turned 30. I met this gay man who's 26, very briefly and moreso in passing, we didn't formally introduce ourselves. He has a high profile job where he interacts with the public on a daily basis. I DO know he is single and is very gay, he posts gay related issues on social media and is quite effeminate. I'm not judging, just trying to give you as much info about him as I do know. My question is...I'm SO interested in taking home out on a date, how do I ask him out without coming across as a creep. Me and him would never cross paths, for me to have a face-face intro which I wish I could do. I don't know how to go about this! Help please??
