New holiday destinations?

Hi all, Me and my partner are trying to find somewhere different to go on holiday this year. (We are from the UK west of Birmingham) We have been to playa del ingles 5 times now and as much as we love it we are hoping to try somewhere new.We are a cross generation married couple (28 & 70) and we love playa for the fact we can literally be ourselves, relax outside the bars as well as inside. We also love the night life as there is a variety of music and also loudness (we both prefer to not compete with music when trying to talk).We both thought of Mykonos but then got put off by a few things such as - we get the feeling its more of a loud rave type holiday and also having to go to Manchester to get the flight and extending the journey. Which then leads us to the distance. Dont really want to go further than 4.5 hours flight time if possible.So really just hoping that people with similar interests have experience in other places which are nice for a bit of warmth, relaxation and busy but not too loud nightlife.
