I've known him for nearly 2 years what should I do?

Okay so I've known this guy for nearly 2 years and it been off and on and we met on Grindr and in September 2016 we started talking again and we both went off Grindr and we were very sweet on each other and kind of started acting like a couple he would get jealous if I talked to other guys but yesterday he told me how he had me in his contacts in his phone and it was my name with cute emojis and I asked him how did he want me to have him in my phone and he said "Baby😻" and I said I will if you really are my baby and I asked him so are you? and since he is A very shy guy he said "haha I don't know" so we chatted a little more and we said goodnight but I wanted to be sure he was being genuine for some stupid reason and I created a blank Grindr profile and he wasn't being genuine because he was on there and he was online after we said goodnight. So how should I handle this ? Should I message him on Grindr and call him out? Or wait for him to text me and then mention it ? And yes I know he'll ask what I was doing on Grindr but I'm gonna be honest with him that it was because I was checking to see if he was on there and he's a jealous guy and done similar snooping to me so I think we are past the beginning stages but we aren't officially a couple and I know for a fact he doesn't sleep around because we live very close to each other and I know other people that know him and never heard anything negative about him until now that I found him on Grindr 😒 my head is a mess can someone help me think clearly please 😩
