Is it really possible that I got infected with hiv?

Ok so I know I need to have a test to be sure and I will, but I was just wondering can I possibly be imfected with hiv from giving a complete oral to 4 different guys? My gums do bleed when brushing,generally, but I washed my mouth with water after each time. I'm just having a panic attack right now till I do the test.
