I ... came out as bisexual ... but... I broke some rules...

Long story short, I came out to my parents and some of my friends and in an impulse decision decided to hook-up a guy on Grinder as a last step towards liberation... All things good but the guy was... well he looked healthy and so on and so forth... we had unprotected sex... I am a bit scared right now, and my bipolar mania fuels my paranoya. Gonna check myself up... just in case... It was my first "gayish" night, please forgive me!PS: My father made me angry by gifting me str8 cologne set and I... acted out stupid.
