Get out of my bar. Reason: You look like gays!

Is it normal to be banned from entering a public place just because I look like girls that look like boys? Does the owner of the place have the right to select his customers based on some criteria of his choice?I was simply seeking a local bar called Cap D'or in Alexandria, Egypt. The bar is a well known place here in Alexandria as it serves both alcohol and sea food. I went to this bar many times before, so bar workers know me by face. Furthermore, I frequently go to some other bars in the beautiful shore city.Today I just pushed the door of the bar and walked to have a seat. Suddenly, the barman shouted "No! Mesh Hayenfaa", which means "No, it won't/can't happen." I think he meant "Your existence here in the bar won't happen." He kept saying the same sentence, and I kept asking him for the reason.I know that I have a feminine appearance, but this doesn't give him the right to ban me from entering the place. I asked the workers to let me talk to the owner of the bar on phone. The owner of the bar told me the following:"You are not wanted in our place. There are a lot of bars that you can visit, why do you insist to enter ours? I'm the owner of the place and it is my right to forbid you from entering my place. The reason is that my bar was closed by police several time because of you, gays! And I won't allow this to happen again."I told him that he is homophobic and racist. According to the Egyptian constitution, article 53, all Egyptians are equal, and no discrimination shall be allowed, whether it is based on religion, belief, sex, origin, race, color, language, disability, social class, political affiliation, geographical belonging, or any other reason. Ref: http://ift.tt/2xgpWO4, the universal declaration of human rights (UDHR) states clearly that all people are equal, and nobody should be discriminated. The owner of the bar still believes that he has the right to 'select' his customers, an activity which is known as 'racism'. He says that my stay at the bar will result in closing it because of my appearance. I was wearing red jeans, t-shirt, red shoes, and blue cap. My hair is red, but it is mostly hidden under the cap. I put very little BB-Cream on my face and I actually put it frequently and approximately nobody comments on it. I was also putting a cocoa butter. I don't understand why all this would give him the right to kick me out of the bar in front of all people in the place. The interesting part is that all the people in the place were OK with it. Nobody even said a word. One of them put pushed me away while he was walking by my side, as if he is telling me 'get away of my way, fag!'.I went to 'Al-Attarin' police station and told the police my story. After hearing my narration, the detective officer (a very gentleman and a very good listener as well) agreed to let me officially report this discrimination. Record number is 4656/2017 Al-Attarin Department.
