I need advice on acne

Howdy, gay guy here and I wanted advice from all of you and how you have SUCCESSFULLY cured or treated your acne. My acne is mostly along my forehead and around my lips area and I want a cheap/free way to treat this. I have a wedding coming up and I want to look as handsome as possible. I know this isn't a health sub, but I want to know your thoughts and strategies for this. Thank you
