Condom broke, first time, a bit scared

Been excited to bottom for the first time for awhile. Met someone on tinder, we hit it off, and we decided to meet up. Part way through the condom broke though.So now I am a bit scared of STD/STI. Found out as well that he was married and doing this behind his wifes back. So, that puts his trustworthiness a bit in call. He insists he is negative though and sent me some pictures of his recent test results http://ift.tt/2hi80eA these look like legit tests? I WILL go and get tested myself of course, but I've read it can take up to 3 months. Hoping to put my mind at ease. Thanks for the time.
