Help Affirming a Relationship?

I've gone on a couple 'dates' with him, just going out to cafes and talking, but they haven't been officially romantic. I feel confident that he knows I'm attracted to him, and he hasn't done anything to discourage me. Rather, he seems at least somewhat interested in me. Advice on how I could ask if he wants to actually be dating?
