BathHouse help

I'm going to be in Philadelphia for a conference and I was looking for a little advice/help. I was wanting to hit up one of the bathhouses in town.So what I'm looking for is what is the crowd like at both? I was thinking about going Wednesday night is that a good time to go? If I just wanted to watch and play with myself is that acceptable? Would I get laughed at if I asked a guy to wear a condom for a BJ? Any other general tips would be welcomed.
