Where do I find the friend(s) I need?

As said in my introduction post yesterday, I'm a totally inexperienced guy at the age of 40 (not religious).It's very hard for me to find friends who are on the same "level" as me. All my gay friends (from early 20s up to 50) are already very experienced, and I feel like they are the wrong people to talk to, because I feel massively intimidated by their sexual experience.I don't know what to do. Even if I stick with the friends I already have, I feel so embarrassed to talk about my issues and intimate things with them all the time, like I feel I could be annoying them with this topic that surely seems so childish for them.But I also have to talk to someone about whatever goes through my mind regarding guys and sex.Any suggestion?
