Getting Friend to Have an FWB

So I'm 14 and he is 14 aswell and we have known eachother since the first grade. I have a feeling he already knows I'm wanting to do the do with him but I'm not sure. We have admitted we have crushes on girls except it was difficult to get it out of him. I am having troubles identifying sexualities but I think I am bi. I like him and I like a girl but I want him more. We also had a weird thing going where we had an FWB. Please help
