Would anyone be interested in a chat room website/mobile app?

There was a post made by /u/finalstation asking about regular chat rooms not targeted towards hookups and all that. I have the ability to setup something like this that would have the capability of both a web based chat and mobile app (iOS/Android) to access the chat and wanted to see if this would be a popular idea among everyone.
