What do you call a 30 year old twink?

It sucks there's an expiration date for the term twink (as far as age goes)... I realize we can't look young/fresh forever but what's a guy supposed to do when he turns 30 and looks like a 22 year old twink? Technically you're not supposed to call yourself a twink (people get mad) but what if you're not a twunk or anything else? I just find it frustrating.
