Recon experience

Hey guys, so I posted a few days ago regarding trying to find someone to do milking play with and a lot of people recommended using Recon to find guys into that. Well I set up a profile on there and have been talking to a few guys who sound like they can help me, but every one of them seems to exchange a few chats then completely drop it. Most of, it not all, of the guys I am chatting with have been reading my messages and just ignoring them. Is this typical of this site? Have you guys had any success in setting up things with this site?
