Paying on Dates

hi. question.so I come from a very very rich family but this boy I am talking to isn't. we've gone out like 8 or 9 times and he has made clear his family isn't very well off, yet he has still paid his part.I am just curious is it bad to just pay from now on. idk if that is bad or not. Advice would be dope.thanks :)
