Confused

Hey, I'm pretty new to this sub, but I am really confused right now. I am a 19yo male in uni, and after about a year and a half I have accepted that I am gay. When I was in highschool I had a crush on a girl, but I got over it about 2 years ago. we later moved in together when we went to university and we never really did anything other than sleep together when we were really drunk, which made me feel incredibly guilty/bad. I then had a couple of relationships with guys which went pretty well. I recently came out to most of my closest friends and she was one of them. Once I told her she started talking about how she wishes that we had a relationship together and was sending me pictures and videos. I am really confused because it sparked some old feelings in me that I thought I had gotten over. I would love some advice because I'm pretty messed up emotionally right now.
