Advice Please :-)

So I'm 26. When I was younger let's say 17-22, I had no problem going on dates and sleeping around. It seems now that I'm less interested in sex with a person that I'm not in love with. I recently deleted my dating apps, because I found that most guys on there don't have a strong attention span when it comes to getting to know a person when sex isn't the priority. Now, I would love to find a person "the old fashioned way", but unfortunately I'm a really shy person and the apps did create some solace in that department. How do I attract and project what I want in a time where people are so focused on their phones?
