Husband won't have sex

Need help...don't have any other gay male friends. My husband is very reluctant to have sex once a week, when I initiate it, he makes excuses about why he can't have sex. He didn't take a shower, doesn't like it in the morning, etc. When he wants it, we have sex. I confronted him and asked him why and he said that I play around too much, always talk about it and never romantic and get bitchy. But I get bitchy when we are going on two weeks and we still haven't had sex. I don't know what to do. I'm very frustrated and need to blow my load. Help!!!!!
