Can't tell if the guy is straight or into me

I have a complicated question. I've been texting this guy who I thought may be into me. We snapchat and text and have two separate conversations simotaniously all day and night. We talk about hanging out and watching movies and shows together. We share pictures and stories and talk about things that two normal dudes don't normally do. I even send him pics in the shower and it doesn't phase him. He has a little feminine side to him. But in the past I've dated and talked to plenty of girls. But he was telling me he was talking to his good friend who is a girl, and I asked if they were dating and he said he hopes. And we talked about that and now I feel like it may have made things harder cause now I can't tell wether he is really nice or into me and said that to cover up.
