[Serious Question] Gay people of Reddit: Because you're attracted to the same sex, is it possible to literally be turned on by the thought of your own body?

Gay people are attracted to same sex bodies of their own, so it had me think of this question.Keep in mind, I don't mean that facetious moment of you looking in the mirror and going "I'd fuck me", I mean LITERALLY being turned on by your own body, the same way you'd get turned on if you saw someone sexy across the street.
