PEP HIV

Hi, about two months ago I had sex with a random stranger, I was the receptive partner and the condom broke when he was trying to insert his dick, I noticed right away and I made him to change the condom right away.Next two days I freak out and went on PEP immediately, finished my treatment with few side effects (diarrhea)I went to get tested 3 weeks after treatment, came back negative and I still need to go for a final testing in about month and a half.Sometimes my stomach is upset still and sometimes have little tingling in my toes, I'm scared it can be ARS symptoms:(EDIT: I went on PEP after 36 hours of the exposure
