I cannot for the life of me connect with my soccer mates

I'm a sophomore in college at a division 1 school and I've been dealt quite a short straw in terms of variety of personality here. On the soccer team, there's me, a closeted (but really not let's be real everyone knows) gay man and then 20 or so straight, homophobic, jerks that are way too eccentric for me. A big part of playing on a team is the chemistry and I can't find a similar interest as they spend most of their time talking about anonymous sexual experiences and their drinking. Any advice would be much appreciated. (Sorry if I sound condescending I'm just so done with them at this point)
