Need some honest answers

So I'm kinda closeted, in the respect that most people know but I haven't come out to my parents and relatives yet. I'm in Pharmacy School and I'm on the fast track to graduation (AKA life is busy). I have a stable job with decent career opportunity when I graduate.That said, I've been trying to find a relationship for the last two years and it just hasn't worked. I've mostly been using Tinder and Grindr because like I said, I'm really busy. Im Asian, and looking to date someone who isn't. I'm beginning to think that I must be really ugly because nobody seems to be interested. I'm hoping for some words of advice....
