A book in which the villain wants to nuke the polar ice caps. The title may have something to do with a tsunami or flood.

So the villlain wants to destroy all the ice to raise the level of the oceans and thus destroy the current society.The bombs arw wired to detonate when one of two certain images are shown on any television channel. The first is a logo of a big company that is constantly changing and never the same as before(don't ask me how the software can recognize it then...:) so it is displayed very quickly on TV, causing the first batch of nukes to explode. The second one is a personal object(teddy bear or rabbit perhaps?) of one of the characters, which is caught on camera after the villain is defeated. There is brother/sister incest between the children of a/the villain in the book. The sister falls in love with the main character, who gets kidnapped. One of the villains uses a hi-tech wheelchair that has built-in weapons, after he is paralyzed earlier in the book. His name may be Slotsky. The main character (Dan?) has a nickname based on a pun about dancing(At least i think so, I read it in Hungarian and could only assume what the original pun was). A female character's name starts with S. Either some characters are bisexual/gay or I was really confused about the gender of some characters. Some of the love interest characters(one my be a lumberjack or farmer or something very mundane related to the rest of the plot) are introduced way, way too late into the story. There is holographic technology that can somehow harm people. I read this about 10 years ago and it was a really weird book for a child to read. I remeber thinking that the whole thing was just so wrong, like i should not be reading this(probably cause of the sexual stuff) I may be remembering some of the things wrong.
