Was I sexually assaulted?

I’m a straight male with a sensitive question and zero experience in the department. Long story short I went out for drinks with a Friend of friend. “Blacked out”. Woke up in my hotel room alone. Don’t remember the last hour of the night. Found out later, friend of friend crashed in my room (on the couch) w/o my knowledge. I Began to notice throughout the day my anus region (as well as slightly the interior) felt kinda odd with slight discomfort no real pain but it was just there. I had One solid stool that morning, I recall came out with little effort & now diarrhea ever since. (Going on 3 days) Also notice a protruding hemorrhoid that I never noticed before, not that I usually check so that’s not saying much. Went to hospital they found no traces of blood or “damage tissue”. NOTE- (day 3) besides the discomfort I had no physical evidence or sign to suggest that something was amiss. I can’t recall if I were clothed or not when waking. Also discomfort is still present.MY QUESTION: I’m on the fence with what may have taken place that night. WOULD I have more confidence or conformation in the possibility that I was assaulted in the rear if I had been? ALSO, given the information should I deduce this conclusion.
