I have a crush on a straight best friend

Hey guys! I'm on a throwaway account because I'm still in the closet. More about me - I'm 16, M and gay. I live in a more conservative part of the world (SG) and I have a crush on a very straight acting sporty friend of mine.We are extremely close and hang out most of the time. I find myself sometimes thinking of asking him out or having sex with him. I've seen him half naked in his underwear multiple times in the changing rooms which kind of adds on to the whole lust thing that I have. At times we do tease each other with gay banter and he jokingly plays along. He knows that I'm gay. The thing is that I really want to ask him out and have sex with him.What do I do? Do I confess to him? Do I let it be? Friends with benefits? Please help!
