I'm not gay, but I run a hotel for gay men. What should I know?

Long story short: I now manage a hotel that's a private men's establishment. OK - you can call it a bath house, but I've been making it into a nice bathhouse - fresh paint, fixing wiring, so on.I really want to do a good job and feel like the owner has put a lot of trust in me. I'm not gay, I really don't care what people do as long as their safe and have a good time. But with all of that, anything I can/should be doing so I can make sure as many as people as possible enjoy being here other than "the usuals": good customer service, clean/sanitary/safe environment, and free condoms? (OK, the last isn't usual for all hotels but it is here because as my girlfriend likes to say, "Safety third!")
