Does anyone else fall in love with strangers when you're in public?

Maybe it's just me. I don't think of anything sexual about it, I just have like a little spark in me when I see cute guys doing things like reading a book and you can see how into it he is, or how he is dressed a certain way and they look adorable or they just have a cute face. Like I don't try to be creepy but I can't help but look at how cute they are. Does anyone else feel me on this?
