Is my 12 year old son gay?

Hello, this is my 1st time doing this so sorry if this is choppy but, I have two boys, one is 8 and the other is 12. My 8 year olds name is Max, and my 12 yr olds name is Brayden. He is autistic, has adhd and has had depression for awhile but, recently, he has shown a lot of interest in princesses, glitter, clouds, rainbows, the color pink, dresses, etc. He has never been around many little girls but, his uncle doesn't support it and its kind of started a problem. He sees a therapist once a month for behavior, anger, and depression already, but I'm wondering whether or not to refrain this behavior. Help!
