HELP ME PLEASE

My friend is recently graduated and she's 17. She hasn't came out to her mom yet and she's worried when she does, she'll get kicked out. I'm really worried about her because she's very depressed and on medication. Medication that she won't have if she's kicked out. She has no where to go and I'm really worried about her. She lives in New Mexico. So anything that can help, please let me know. I can't lose my best friend and I'm too far away to have her move with me. Please help
