Gay Fatherhood Study

My name is Adam McKee and I am a graduate student in the sociology program at Washington State University. I am currently working on research for my dissertation. I am interested in the experiences of gay fathers who became fathers through adoption. My goal is to interview members of this population and to learn more about these experiences. Once finished, I believe this project will help gay men who are thinking about coming fathers or are already fathers. It will also be a resource for adoption agencies/child welfare offices that work with members of the gay and lesbian community. This project is also personally important to me as a gay man who hopes to one day be a father.I have attached a link to a copy of a flyer below that has more details about my project.
