Thoughts on youtube's #Proudtobe video?

I just wanted to hear everyone's thoughts on the video. I've read through the comments but most of them are just spam. Most of the upvoted ones are ok but I think it would be better to spark a discussion on here.Edit: They've since disabled comments.
