Clothes for hot weather?

Hi bitches I'm usually rlly reserved when it comes to clothes, I just wear skinny jeans + t but that's sooo hot for sunny weather and I need some fashion advice about what to wear for warm weather like, I wanna wear shorts like this http://ift.tt/1PhPGwz but idk if they're unfashionable or if I'll look real dumb or something.I also wanna wear like sweatpant capris because I think they're cute but idk, what do you guys wear?ps I'm a femme twink so..
