Problems bottoming

HI ,nice people😄 I started having anal recently however i never feel a real pleasure while bottomibg becauae a certain problem.... the urge to poop. Im alwaya nervous and unconfrotable because of that constant urge... Its depressing...i just want to have pleasure...i hate the ideia of me.being a top, it does not attract me...im worried about not being ablem to have pleasure as a bottom 😢😢Sorry for my bad englishPs: im 22
