I need some advice...

I’m 15 and ever since I was about 11 I’ve dismissed having sexual attractions to men as it just being a phase. I’ve had a girlfriend, but never felt any attraction. My question is; how do I come out to my parents after them meeting my previous girlfriend? They believe I’m straight, so please do advise me.
