How to be a good top?

So I don't usually have anal sex. When I did have anal sex, I always bottomed. But, I'm tired of being a bottom all the time, so I want to start topping more often. I'm not hung (4.7 inch), so I'm bit insecure about how to use it to make a bottom go wild. Can you all tell me how I can be a good top, particularly if not hung? The guy I'd like to top is 6 ft 1, and I am 5 ft 7 - I don't know if this height difference would also affect the techniques I would use. I like him, and I want to make him feel good.
