Im Gay

Hi reddit. Im new to this so its kinda weird. Im 16 and am super gay. I denied it for many years, but now ive come to terms. I have friend and I came out to her and she was super supportive. I want to tell my mom but i cant. I have denied it when shes asked before and i feel if i tell her now shell be disapointed. I also want to come out to my friends, but i feel they will be weirded out as I dont thinl they could deal with it mentally or socially. Im kinda of stuck in an endless loop and i need some advice. Thanks
