Need some advise

Hey all,So here's my issue, I'm in year 12, and I have a crush on a guy that I've been friends with for a few years. The thing is, I think he's gay but I'm not sure, he's definitely sent some like gay-ish snaps and stuff, but he might just be joking (wouldnt put it past him).I just want to know what the best way of going ahead with it, or if someone is in the same kind of situation. Is there something more than just talking to him I can do?thanks for all the help <3
