I really don't know what to do.

So im in the last year of highschool and i started talking like 1 month ago with this dude, he's with 1 year younger than me and i find it like he is really into me. Some of my friends told me he is and i should try and confess him. He is very awkward with me and really shy, idk what to say or how shoud i tell him, i really have big feeling for him, and i dont want to get a negative answer but i am sure that's will be. I think im just scared of that he will reject me. We talk like everyday and he is not boring, i like to talk with him. Sometimes i find him looking at me but when i look he looks away. pls help me with an advice.
