Question on if there is any kind of protection you can use after you've had sex with another guy.

So tonight (just got back from it), I decided to go over to someone's house (met them online). I get there, but several flags began raising up. By the end of everything, I honestly don't think I could trust this person as an FOB... For one, they do like to fuck around with a lot of guys bareback, and for another, his profile did have "anything goes"... Is there anything I can take tomorrow that would help prevent me from getting an STD or at least mainly HIV?
