Dating Advice Help ?

Hey guys, just need some overall dating advice. First time i've done this so be patient with me. i'm a 19y/o M Basically ive joined tinder and have started speaking to some guys that i really get on with. We'll talk daily whilst i'm at uni, at home, all the time. With this one guy i really wanna meet him, he's sexy af by the way. He was hinting to me when we were talking he was like, i likes guys of ethnicity and love when people talk sexy with him. Lets not forget i'm like the most awkward person when it comes to sex, even talking about it. ( So i think he was being nice about that) But honestly i don't even care. He says he's not sure what he wants but is up for anything. I wanna be with a guy on an emotional level before i even think about having sex, (still a virgin btw) and i think im on this with this guy. my very first tinder match was with an amazing guy and im crazy excited when i think about him. How do i ease in saying that i want to meet him and what do you guys think is the best thing to do for a first date ??? Money wont be an issue so i really wanna make an effort. Guess the first question is how the hell do i be sexy, cos i literally have no idea, and the second is how should i ask him out, and anybody have any ideas about what i should do for the first date and what to talk about.
