need some advice

I met this guy on grindr and we get along really well and have a good time each time we meet up. At first we both just wanted to hook up but we're getting kinda close now. I usually see him once every two weeks cause he doesn't live that close. At first I just wanted to hook up with him so I didn't tell him my real name, which is becoming an issue now because I don't like lying to him and I'm starting to like him. I feel like I should tell him asap what my real name is but I don't know how he'll react. I would like some advice on how to do it and if I should do it. I'm 19 btw.
