My actual update

First off, I apologize for my last post, I was on the clock and didn't want to get in trouble for using my phone. Now that that's out of the way, the real news. That guy I've been talking about came in today and ended up going through my line and I didn't notice until he was leaving because business was picking up. After he left, I found out that he comes in more often than I thought, and that I'm not the only employee that finds home cute (though I'm the only male, and probably the only non-strait person that works there), and one of my bosses (who's female and one of my cool bosses) said I should have said something to him, and when I asked her about the harassment rule she told me that if I got in trouble for it both her and another one of my cool bosses (who I'm actually friends with) would handle it. Now my only problem is the confidence to ask him out.
