My Son Just Confessed He Is Bisexual, Suggestions Please...

I just want to start off with, if your uncomfortable or against anyone who is LGTB I will try not to be a Bitch by asking you nicely to "please do not comment " this is not the place for your input.OK, so I have a son who is 15 that just confessed to me that he finds males attractive. My first question was " Did someone touch him inappropriately?" I asked this because; all the friends I had who are gay said they were raped or molested and, I would be devastated to find out that as a parent I could not protect him from that. But now I fear how others will treat him, unprotected sex, and I just want to be as loving and supportive as I possibly can, but I feel confused, like I have questions but don't know what those questions are honestly, I am posting this to find out what should I share with him or know? For those who are lesbian,gay, trisexual, bisexual, forgive me if I left out anyone but what did you hope to get from your parent when you came out? What do you wish you could help them understand? What should I help him understand?
