"PROFESSIONAL"... what does that even mean...

I know you've seen it all over Tindr and Grindr, when a guys "about" section says "I am a professional". WTF does that REALLY mean guys? to me, it comes off very elitist. but I'm just curious what guys really mean when they write that? because... if it's "I have a good paying job" as opposed to just having "a job" than why do you need to brag about that? and why not be specific... "I'm a professional", instead of "I'm a professional CFO or Engineer" or whatever!?
