UPDATE: (Straight male) Told my friend that I knew he was gay... kind of

This is an update to an earlier post I made that can be found here: http://ift.tt/1ORsUID I go climbing with Dave last night. Karl was not there so it was just the two of us. I was super nervous after thinking about how this may turn out really bad but I had made up my mind that I was going to say something by the end of the night for better or worse. So we start climbing and there is a bunch of people around so I have to wait for a better time, also since I am having a mini internal freak out that I am doing my best to now let show I start talking about jeeps since we both own one. about an hour goes by with no opening in the people around us which may have been a good thing since I was able to really relaxed. we were about to move to a quieter part of the gym and the stress start to build again. I start thinking about how to bring this up as we are walking and Dave goes "O, my friend just got there" Me- "Who's you friend?" pointing over to the few people that just came in Dave- "That's him. He is actually my boyfriend" me-"cool'. Meanwhile in my head I am thinking, you got to be f***ing kidding me! I been stress out about this for days and its over just like that. Super easy. So the 3 of us climbed for about 2 more hours and talked as if Dave was always out to me. it was so relieving to not have to tiptoe around anything anymore. at one point I asked if he ever told Karl if he was gay and Dave goes "It Just never came up". I know that is not really true but whatever. I am just happy to be done with all this tension. anyway big thanks to everyone that help me get a much better understanding of how this all works and for giving me new perspective on things.
