As someone with a potentially gay brother, what are some things me or my family could do make his life easier?

I hope I didn't come off as bigoted or anything, I truly have no problem whether my brother is gay or not, but I do think he is. He gets bullied all the time in school and by his friends and it breaks my heart. What can me or my family do to make him feel more accepted and happy? Everyone in my family is very liberal so there is no issue of "coming out" if he ever does thankfully. Thanks guys :)
