Takes 2hrs to cum. Is that normal?

I am still new to being sexually active but for some odd reason it takes me a while to cum. When I am alone jacking off to porn it take me like 10-15 min, but every time I am with someone it takes me forever to have an orgasm. It takes me like 2 hours. I will like pre-cum a lot like A LOT, but it just can't seem to cum easy. Does anybody else have this problem? Talk to be redditors.
